Permissions Server Groups

Hello,
I am having a huge issue after I upgraded my client to the latest. How I have my server groups set up is

Guest
Member
Server Admin
Server Owner

Which this works good and before the upgrade I had no issues, However now users in the Server Admin group can add themselves to the Server Owner group which is not how I want it, so how can I change it so this cannot happen?

Also when I attempted to use the new easy permissions system I noticed my Server Owner group was not listed in the template even though I created it as a template group which is why I did not apply any of the settings on the new permissions as I did not Server Admin and Server Owners to be on the same template.

Anyways any help is appreciated as I do not want Server Admins promoting themselves to Server Owners so what permissions do I need to modify to change this.

What value do you have set for i_group_needed_member_add_power in the admin group compares to i_group_member_add_power value in your other server/channel groups?
