Unable to force push to talk

I am having problems forcing push to talk. When i try to add the permission it gives me an error. 'insufficient permission modify power'

Hello

Do you rent your Teamspeak server or you are the owner ?
Do you try to change this permission on your server group or on another server group ?
Are you in the server admin group (server group) ?
Do you check the i_group_modify_power (and needed) of the target group ?

With so little information we just can guess what is your problem.
