In windows client i can not use advanced permissions displays
Hello to all , and thanks in advance for your help .
I have the following issue :
I need to manage my server permission using a windows xp , teamspeak client.
Sometime i have been using teamspeak client in Linux-Debian and ubuntu and in the permissions option i could go to
Server groups and Channel groups .
In the bottom of this screens there are a arrow that allow to change to advanced permissions display..
Using windows xp teamspeak client , y could not see this arrow and i could not have access to advanced permission display .
Anyone knows if this is possible to access from windows client .
Many thanks to all the friends of this forum .

Permissions, I'm lost...
Hey, I have my own teampseak server for many months now, Back in the time, I only needed to grant me more permission modify power by the serverquery so I could get a SuperAdmin like client, able to modify everything. It wasnt very easy but still was quite fast.
Now, I had to create another virtual server for a friend, using Beta 3.0.8.1
I used the token and got SA but I can't even see the permissions, nor modify anything on the server.. This is ridiculous and I don't even understand why you changed it like that.
Problem is, I have been looking around how to get my full permissions and all the threads are outdated.
So my question is : I have the serverquery account, from that, how can I change the ServerAdmin group with absolutly no permission to the SuperAdmin with every possible permission ?
Thanks

Well if the Server Admin really doesn't have any Permissions it is an indication that you screwed up your Server (because you added yourself into ASQ!?!!). At this Point there is really not much you can do but recreate from scratch.

Editing the template groups can screw up the permissions for every new server.
You can add all permissions with that command "servergroupaddperm" (you have to replace the name of each permission)Code:servergroupaddperm sgid=6 permsid=i_client_permission_modify_power permvalue=75 permnegated=0 permskip=0 servergroupaddperm sgid=6 permsid=b_client_ignore_bans permvalue=1 permnegated=0 permskip=0
