server (rc1) shuts itself down because of possible licensing error

Last night I updated to TS3 server RC1.
I made a clean new install because of some user rights problems (problems from beta 20 <now fixed ^^>).

My dear server thought it would be a good idea to shut down at 1 a.m. and i wonder why.

Facts:
- licensekey.dat is in place (see starting log at bottom)
- server is clean (extracted, license copied, started)
- There are only 2 Servers running (virtual server 3 and 4), all others are deleted
- maxslots on virtual server 3 are 200, maxslots on virtual server 4 are 100


Question 1: Anyone knows what happened?

This has been answered before.
You have to stop the old server, before you start another one with the same license.
You have to wait ~2 hours
