Heyas I am quoting Initium here since I have pretty much identical problem as he does. Problem's started after we changed ISP to our current one. and got a new modem to go with it. Teamspeak 3 is the only one this problem occurs. For example ventrilo and skype work without a hitch. We've tried opening ports etc... but it didn't help.
ISP: Sonera (Finland) D/U: 93.72/10.62

Vinski, could you extend a bit the information "is the only one this problem occurs".
Where it doesn't occur(if you use any of named and in worse than slightly lagging manner)?
Skype
TeamViewer
What modem vendor, and model?
Before that change, teamspeak3 was working fine?
No additional (un)installs (firewall/antivirus/spyware) on client PC?

The modem is Thomson TG789vn.
Only TeamSpeak 3 keeps bouncing, other voice comm software remain unnaffected
Others I use are;
Skype
Ventrilo
Steam voice
With Skype there's usually 2-5 people on simultaneously and with ventrilo 2-13, no connectivity issues have occured over several hours of use.
I am not familiar with TeamView.
No recent installs or uninstalls in regards to Spyware/antivirus/firewall on the PC.
Troubles with TeamSpeak started after we switched our ISP provider to the current one and got the new modem with the change.

Vinski, could you go into your "Thomson TG789vn" configuration, and make a screenshot of how firewall settings page looks like?
(Or do a test by disabling/turning it off and testing teamspeak3 if it works.)

Losing Connection then reconnects to server randomly.
So Once in a while I just randomly disconnect from whatever server Im on and its getting really annoying. Im not going to go through all the details but i heard you can deactivate Ip flood detection or something. Im using the Thomson TG789vn router/modem and cant seem to find it, any help?

This is an old well-known bug for TS3, and even til now, the developers still couldn't understand what is the cause of this.
but here's a easy solution for you
1. Login to server query (via telnet, or putty, but NOT via TS3 Client)
2. change the server port to another port OTHER than the one it is currently using.
3. restart server, voila.

Hi @cakeman
It seems a little bit difficult to find the 'ip flood detection' in this router.
In this web threres is only a reference to the firewall page:
http://screenshots.portforward.com/r...x_Firewall.htm
It seems the configuration goes selecting a level... but no more 'images' for that.
I've found this manual:
http://www.google.es/url?sa=t&rct=j&...3cjRagitb4-4xw
and in page 72 (searchin 'firewall') it's said:
In the manual there isn't more details about the options.Code:The Thomson Gateway comes with an integrated firewall. This firewall has a number of predefined levels to allow you to adjusted the firewall to your needs. The Firewall is disabled by default.
Probably your router has other level that 'Disable'.
Try selecting 'Disable' and tell us the result.
Good luck.

To all that have this problem:
Have you tried changing the Encapsulation method on your router settings page, where you have all the advanced current connection information, from VC MUX to LLC?
Worked for me, also fixed another service that kept doing the same sort of thing, was ripping my hair out for months trying to figure it out.
