Ts3 server binding help

hello first off this is the first server i have ever attempted to set up i have watched a youtube vid on how the setup goes and acquired a not for profit license i started the server and it seemed to be running fine till i rebooted it now it says

now i know this is probably a simple fix but I'm not even sure what I'm looking for so any help you can give me would be appreciated
