Unknown from " ip address" connected then dropped spam issue
I've recently been getting this for the last week and it wont stop. I traced a few of the ips and they go back to Gametracker. I also posted there but no response. Its only on my side because when I looked at the servers log, it had no record of this happening. What should i do to fix this problem? I've already re installed TS3 and still get it. Please help me. If you would also post at www.familyunitedclan.com in case i don't find this post again that would be awesome.

It is just a server query connection which requests some data like client and channel list for something like a Teamspeak viewer. This is nothing dangerous, but if not wanted I am sure you can disable this on the gametracker homepage.
If you just want to disable this in your TS3 client, disable displaying of server query clients in your TS3 settings or change the needed_serverquery_view_power of the Guest Server Query group to a higher value.

I'm getting the same thing. Had to turn off the joining server notification message as it was driving my nuts.
I think it's server Query's as one is from TSViewer.com

SIMPLY open the directory where ts3 server is installed. ADD the offending ip# to the "BLACK LIST.TXT" ***SAVE**** then close DONE!!
some one with out your permission has added your server the the game tracker site. This happend to me but i solved this right away using the method above. Then warn your clients that this is NOT permited with out express authorization by you to sign you up for anything!! people just dont get the fact that web server lists are nothing but trouble and only serve to allow random trouble makers a way to screw around with ts3 servers DO NOT USE WEB SERVER LISTS PEOPLE unless you like dealing with trouble makers, sound bords and hackers!
p.s turning the option to see this off is a BAD idea FIX the problem don't HIDE it like some suggest. Simple hiding those notifactions is a BAD habbit server owners should NEVER adopt!! i actually contacted game tracker and had them black list me so that this sorta thing can NEVER happen again. So now no one can even sign my server up period cuz i requested to game tracker to BAN my server from there website stopping anyone from signing my server up.
