Did you use the database from the first server or did you start with a new one? If you have a brand new database you will have to redo all the permissions. If you have the original server database but just need admin control you can use server query to generate a privilege key to add your identity to the server admin group.

1. Get the tool called Putty
2. Start it and enter your server IP under session
3. Select telnet and the query port (10011 is the default port)
4. Enter a connection name under Saved Sesssion
5. Press on save and then double click the server entry
6. Enter your commands
Type help to get a list about all commands.
Type help login as example, to read how to login.
Type help use, to read how you can access your virtual server.Last edited by dante696; 05-08-2011 at 10:55. Reason: more informations about commands

Maybe port 10011 is not opened or the server has changed it.
You should contact the hoster.---------------------------------------------------------

Lost server admin: Help?
Hey there, I am an inexperienced user fiddling around with TS3 Server. I was trying to fix a problem in my permissions and created a test user. I then revoked the test user's admin power to test the permission, not realizing it would revoke my main user's power.
I have the default login id and password for server query, but it isn't letting me log in because of insufficient permissions. Is there ANYWAY I can get my admin powers back without completely deleting and restarting the server?
Thanks ahead time,

Your server is rented from a company:
Ask the server provider
You own the root server or local computer:
1. Follow this thread and read, how you can get the query admin password, when you did not write it down for yourself on first server start
http://forum.teamspeak.com/showthrea...word-Look-here!
2. Log in into telnet and type servergroupaddclient
