Failed connection to server.

cant login on my own ts3 any1 got any ideas was working fine we got kicked now cant login

yesterday my ts3 server shut down and no1 been able to re-connect since. been waiting 16hrs for assistance from my support ticket and no1 have helped. my bill is paid up to date. i un-installed the server and re-installed and still no luck. i dont know what else to do and would really like some help seeing these services are paid for and cant even use it.

being the owner of the teamspeak server we have purchased, all users have been kicked from the server, including myself, payment hasn't been requested and won't be until September 25th, leading me to believe there may be a problem on your end. it's been down for nearly a day, no customer support number to contact, etc. irc isn't a option, contact at rebecca.whiteway@nf.sympatico.ca asap, with details on how i may have the server back up and running. proof will be provided to authenticate the ownership, thank you.

ive contacted the host several times and cant get a reply back. its over 24hrs now and im rly frustrated that i cant use something i paid for and enjoy. im lost=((

Your server does not work and is rented? Contact your hoster, we can't help you here.
