Recently my group icons in TeamSpeak have been missing. Whenever i connect i get several errors like this:
<02:47:16>  The icon for server group "Guest Server Query (1)" was not found.
<02:47:16>  The icon for server group "Unknown (7)" was not found.
<02:47:16>  The icon for server group "Unknown (8)" was not found.
<02:47:16>  The icon for server group "Unknown (9)" was not found.
<02:47:16>  The icon for server group "Unknown (10)" was not found.
<02:47:16>  The icon for server group "Guest (5)" was not found.
<02:47:16>  The icon for server group "Unknown (6)" was not found.
<02:47:16>  The icon for server group "Normal (4)" was not found.

The server uses custom icons but was working fine untill a few days ago when they disappeared. I'm just a user on this server and seem to be the only person affected by this.

Transfer "avatar_" ... "reports: (file transfer connection timeout)
Transfer "... avatar_ reports: (file not found)
The icon for channel "..." (11 161) was not found
Dots are for the name of the avatar, and 3 °, and the name of the chanel

Okay, so I recently re-installed my Teamspeak 3 (Latest version) and now, on one of the two servers I use I can't see any server group or channel icons but on the other server I use I can see them. When I join it I see this:

<15:47:59> The icon for server group "Minecraft (29123)" was not found.

<15:47:59> The icon for server group "Awesome Person (29199)" was not found.
<15:47:59> The icon for channel "[Dutch] Public Chat" (154708) was not found.
<15:48:00> The icon for server group "TS Super Admin (28839)" was not found.
<15:48:00> The icon for server group "Executive Admin (28884)" was not found.
<15:48:00> The icon for server group "Head Admin (28883)" was not found.
<15:48:00> The icon for server group "Town Management (28896)" was not found.
<15:48:00> The icon for server group "Media Staff (29186)" was not found.

I don't see any of the tags next to people's nickname and on the side under 'Server Groups' all I see is this:

Am having the same problem with the icons, though only on one server, and i've talked to other people on the server, and it looks like am the only one having the problem.

Anyway, so to get this fixed, the admin of the server have to re-upload the icons?

They can see the icons, as long they have it in their cache folder. This is one reason, why they could see it.

Today, I wanted to create a new server group called "Clan Member" with a custom icon to display it. The only problem is that it gives this error: Transfer "icon_734175968" reports: (could not open file transfer connection). I already used the search button, but I couldn't find any on the spot information about this subject, at least not in my case.

Server software: teamspeak3-server_win32-3.0.5
Client software: Latest version (don't know where I can find the version).

Could someone give me a possible solution in steps?

Help -> About TeamSpeak gives away Version Number.

Possible Causes:

• Filetransfer Port blocked on the Server
• Server got bad IP assigned to Filetransfer IP.
• Firewall / Security Software on Client blocked it.
• Client ran out of Ports to open a Connection.

Hello, I try to add custom icons i downloaded (from the teamspeak download pages).
Here is the step i do
Permissions -> Server Groups -> Server admin -> Drop down arrow on Icon image (Top right) -> Edit Icon -> Upload -> Select the image i want -> Double click (Or clock once then press open)
After that, nothing happens, i press reload, and NOTHING happens. Please help, it's urgent.

First time using Teamspeak :/

You need to make sure that the icons are 16x16, if they are is there any error message ?
