"Failed To Connect to Server" Please Help Me

i've been using my own ts3 server for 9 months. yesterday i got booted off and cant re-connect. i can enter other ppl's servers but not my own. "failure to connect" keeps coming up. all i keep getting is tickets from the support and its been over 24hrs now not able to connect. ive deleted the ts and re-downloaded it and nothing has changed. any idea whats going on?
getting rly frustrated not being able to use something that is paid up till sept/2011

I'm having the same problem, I can not connect to the servers of the TS3. TS3 I use for a long time, there are about 3 months since I've used, but since last week when I came back to wear I can not connect to any server. Can anyone help us? Already turned off firewall, anti virus Already removed, to Already formatted my computer and reinstalled all drivers, has even called for assistance from my Internet provider, and even there ... Could not result

Did you tried with the IP address (instead de domain name) : 194.97.114.2

Yes I tried but the same error. Man I was thinking here, would have banned my ip ts? pq've done everything and I can not enter.
