I would like the ability to choose which sound channel I would like the server notifications (user connects/disconnects, joins/leaves channel, etc.) are output to (Speakers/Headphones/USB/etc.).

This way, if I have my TS3 output set to headphones, I can set my server messages to speaker, and I'll be notified when someone connects/joins channel when I'm not wearing my headphones.
