Manage Icons

There would be possible to manage the icons, using a similar method to GRANT permissions?
Different groups could manage different icons.
It's a not worked idea, but ...

I don't get what you wan't here. There is only 1 manager and icons (files) don't have permissions.

Agree, would be too complex to set permissions who can use which icon.

Could there be instead the possibilty to set icons without "b_icon_manage"?
So that users can set an (existing) icon for channels or groups etc, but not to upload/delete icons?

You can forbidd to upload icons with i_max_icon_filesize [0] but you can't forbidd to delete them. Sorry

My idea would be:

• When the ServerAdmin up the icons to the server, associate each one a Grant value.
  
• b_icon_manage would be reserved for the Admin Server or helpers...
  They have full access, with the current Manage_Icon window.
  
• For the rest of users, should be created i_icon_set_power to assign the Grant value for each user or group.
  They have access to a new window, where they could only set icons, which have enough power. And they could not, add or remove icons (from remote).
  This permission, basically, be used by the Channel Admin to apply icons on his channel and users.

Users should be able to set icons for groups, channels etc. without having "b_icon_manage".
They dont need to have permission for every single icon, as said this would be too complex.
