Non-Profit License

I requested a non-profit license and it was emailed to me, the only problem is is when i try and download the key from the attachment I get a message that says "The email attachment is no longer available." Using charter email btw and they can't seem to help. What should i do in order to get my key?

You can try to use the "Resend Email" function (maybe the first time, the mail was corrupted)

If you use a tool to get your mails, try directly with the web interface from your mail provider.

If it still doesn't work, take a contact with the sales departement : sales@tritoncia.com

Thank you for your help, turns out the browser email from charter was the problem. After setting up my charter email in my windows live mail i was able to download it.
