Connected-disconnected-connected-disconnected and so an the whole day long

    Dear administrators,

first of all, sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.

The problem that is disturbing me is as followed:

I use TS3 myself for raiding with a guild in the game World of Warcraft. That is also the only way I use this tool. After a break of almost 7 months not playing WoW I updatet TS the day before yesterday to the current version, before the update it was on the stand of December 10 or something like that. Comming to the core of this post: Since yesterday I was invited into two different raids with different TS3 servers. After I connect I soon will be disconnected (about 30 seconds after connecting) just to be reconnected 5 seconds after. This procedure is onwarding endlessly. So please dear admins and forum members, if you know how to solve this trouble I would be very pleased about you to let me know.

I have already tried to uninstall the program and reinstall it. This didn't make the change. The problem is onwarding.
What I also may mention is: I'm connected to internet by USB stick. This hadn't really been a problem the last 2 years. Never such trouble occured. The connection is still the same.

    Best wishes

Does it still occur? Sounds like you had some internet trouble.
Please provide the logfile if the problem comes back again.

The problem still occurs. Disco-reconnect every few seconds. At the same time I cannot recognise any connection trouble, since I had no problems with my I-net connection by playing WoW (not any disconnects from the game). Sry for that stupid question, but where exactly can I find the logfiles you are asking me for? I'm using Windows Vista.

Start TS3 (no need to connect) and click "Tools->Client Log". The actual Log is nearly empty but you'll see an entry starting with "Using configuration location: ...". Follow that path and there are additional directories but one of them contains the "logs".

At first, thanks for your support.

Cause I use the german version of TS3 the directory is a little bit different from what you told me: There is no configuration location, but I've found only the following and hope it is what you need.

Thanks but nothing so far we can use.
Wait until connect-disconnect happened a few times and then attach the whole logfile here.

This is nothing, we have to worry about (at least not yet).

Pardon me for the question but why is there suddenly shown: First the administrators need to concede the posting? The last replies didn't need a permission?

So, sorry, but once again, I hope these are the facts you needed:

Maybe I clicked somewhere wrong - don't bother! If its still there, feel free to open a new thread.

As I requested earlier we need the whole Logfile uploaded when it happened a few times. Please do not just paste some text you think is important. Even then it is not guaranteed that we can see what is going wrong but we have to start somewhere.
