    Unhappy Problem with NPL License

    Hi all,

    We have faced some problems with NPL from http://npl.tritoncia.com/ts3npl.php .
    The license was sent to us via e-mail, then we followed all instructions, installed the license - launched the server, but after the license was installed no user could connect to our TS.

    We tried to delete the license - everything was ok, everyone connected with no problems.

    What are possible causes of this problem? And how can the situation be solved?

    Hello

    Please post the server log.
    Explain what you did step by step.

    Does not work, does not help us.

    Thanx for your reply.

    At first, we had TS3 server wothout license (for 32 slots), but later we decided to obtain license (to get more slots). Went to tritoncia and received license file in e-mail. We followed all istructions and installed license on the server.

    Today we tried to do this all once again. Installed the same license on the server, server launched, but did not let any user to connect. Here is the log:

    When users attempt to connect they receive the following message: <13:11:38> Failed to connect to server

    When server is launched with the license it does not display any errors or smth. Everything seems to go OK.

    Our server has a limited tariff plan, which lets it to connect only to resources, located within the network of four ISPs of Uzbekistan (i.e. it does not have access to 'World' servers, located in any other country).

    Is there any way to activate license without being connected to the Internet with 'world' access?

    Unfortunetly, the Teamspeak server must have Internet access to validate the license.
