How to settup a TS3 monitoring module to display on site? Please help.
Okay i help run a website and we need to have our TS3 display on a module on there. There is a module already but it asks for a querry port as well as the regular port. Ive put in both. Im sure the first port is right as otherwise it wouldnt let me connect to the server.
I basically cut and pasted the ip and the port into the module and it still wont connect. So my question is, in order to set my teamspeak 3 server to allow it to allow querrys like from this module how do i do that step by step or is there a guide that has detailed directions like this. Im usually pretty good with technical stuff but for some reason the module just will not connect and keeps saying unable to connect to server. Any help is most appreciated. I sent in a ticket to my hosting company and got the querry port but its still not working. so im like 95% sure all the ip and port information is correct, so i thought maybe it was a server side setting i need to enable.

Hello
In this case, only your hoster can help.

If you can upload to your web server and assuming you have the permissions you could use www.tsviewer.com
This is a very easy way of having your TS 3 Server show up on your web site and have the ability to show as much or as little info as you need, have a look at mine on my site here, www.thevi.isgreat.org which incidentally is free hosted.
Hope it helps( dont forget some routers and or firewalls block the server query ports).
Good luck old chap. Merlin ....out.

I figured it out and got it working. I did have to contact my server provider to get the query port because its in the server files whatever they set it as, but the reason it wasnt working is because in the newest version of TS3 you have to adjust the guest server group to have permissions to view it, so basically for anybody else trying to do this youre going to have to allow guests to be able to view info on the server. Anyway hope this helps anybody else having this issue.
thanks florian for the reply
