People can hear me but I cannot hear them

This is getting annoying, I have checked everything, options, soundsettings etc etc... I cannot find the problem. I cannot hear my mates speak they can only hear me. I have re-installed the client like 10 times and still the same shit, I can show 2 screenshots of the map where the sound is because it seems like there is a file with the name nosounds.

I dont know if the screenshots on the nosound thing have anything to do with it.. But if someone knows the problem I have please help me, because that would be nice.
