Hello.
I was asking about the firewall you are using (for exemple, i'm using the windows vista firewall) but it's not now the case.
Usually this behaviour you have is due to some parameter in the firewall, usually the router firewall, but if other user connected to the same switch can work ok with TS3 maybe the issue was in your computer, in some security software of your computer.
a) Avast antivirus or Avast Internet Security? (Avast Internet Security includes firewall too)
b) Maybe the issue is in the connection to the switch --> Have you try using the connection, the ethernet point, of the other user.
c) Maybe the issue appears when the other user is working --> Have you try when you are alone?
