My Teamspeak 3 server won't start up!

I don't know what causes this, but my server won't even start or show up when I run it.
It also doesn't start when I run at start up!

The only thing that I've done recently in install some driver updates from game booster.
But I don't think game booster causes it because I don't even run it at start up.

Please help!

On the most recent log it says:

I believe I have found the problem......
I haven't updated my server!

Doh!

Anyways I now have one last question.....
Which files do I need to backup on my teamspeak server?
BTW, the version I have is 1.0.0 .

My data somehow got corrupted...... All me and my friends' channels, server admins, descriptions......
All because I realized ts3server.sqlitedb got corrupted.

At least I got it back.....
