Some Questions...
Is there any way for TS3 to have a way where the highest rank is at the top and the lowest at the Bottom Ex. Cpt. > Pvt? And is there a way for the server to broadcast sounds and such at certain times?

About the second :
Not possible, except by an already connected client (plugin, tool, etc)
