can you add permissions for icons ?

like needed_add_icon , add_icon , needed_delete_icon , delete_icon
that would be great for " vip users " when they please about icon, they can set on himself that icon add or delete , if that permission will be introduce admins will be dont worry about it, the users can delete all icons from box view icons.

We won't add these permissions, but we try to manage, that channel groups can use the icons from your server.

Even advanced, there is still the absence of a permission setting in icons, something like:
* Permission to Delete Icons
* Permission to Create Icons
* Permission to use Icons.

Server Groups:

1. We do not add new permissions to manage icons, but we think about folders, to sort icons.

2. The sort id does solve all this! You have more than 99999999 ways to sort a group. We do not add folders for groups and you still can create empty groups to sort them and the name of the group should describe the functionality.

3. We do not add the last activity from a channel.
