About the license file
- Do you put it in the server log ?
- Do you use a start parameter to start your server ?
- Please post the result of "ls -al"

About the TS3ANetwork error
- Please be sure that the port 53 is open (tcp/udp - input/output).

About the UDP connection error
- Please be sure that the port 2010 (UDP - output) is open.
