    Solved Wrong or no country Flag shown in weblist and client

    Dear User, Please scroll down to Post #2,
    before you start to report, that your server or client has the wrong country and flag shown.

    How do I get the Server list to report the correct country for my server?
    It reports my server in Columbia and I'm in the United States.
    My server Name is KFF Teamspeak 3 server if you want to check it out.

    We use an external service to resolve an Server IP and this database will be updated in the beginning of every month.

    Here is the way to solve this problem.

    1. Visit http://www.ip2location.com/free.asp
    2. Enter your Ip and check the result
    3. Send your update and location to update@ip2location.com

    We grab and use their updates, when we release a new server version.

    Wink Server list country

    I sure am getting alot of Columbian's on my server because of this problem. They must not have many servers in Columbia.

    erm.. There is nothing we can do for you, without any informations.
    Please make sure, that your server reports to the weblist and that port 2010 is opened for TCP traffic.

    when i search my adress in server list it`s says on region another city , but my hosting is from another town
    can someone tell me how to change that?

    What Should I Do for Fix it?

    It basically means send in the correct geographic location of your IP, your host should be able to tell you what data center your IP is being served from, and Google Earth will be able to show you the coordinates of the data center

    Wrong country flag

    Hello,

    I just want to notify you guys that it shows my country flag as Israel while I'm actually from Nablus, West Bank, Palestine.

    I hope you guys fix that as fast as possible, because it's annoying when people keeps thinking that I'm not Palestinian.
