I can't hear others even though they can hear me. My headset works everywhere else except teamspeak. Please help

what version of windows are you using. I have found that if it's vista or windows 7, then you have to run the client as admin for mic to work.

In the TeamSpeak 3 Client Options make sure to select your Headset as Playback Device. (Settings -> Options -> Playback -> Device)

I cannot join any servers. When i do try a window pops up saying:

Whenever I try to log in using my teamspeak client, it constantly either tells me failed to connect to server or when it does manage to get in, it bugs and gives me this code.
