Upload speed / TS server limit

I currently have about a 4.24 Mbps (megabits per second) upload speed. Could I host a 25-30 slot TS server without issue?

    Do the math. 4.24 Mbps / 8bits = 0.53MB/s * 1024KB = 542KB/s upload speed (I think my math is right?)
A decent quality uses about 5-6KB/s
    So, 542KB/6KB = 90 people.
The best quality at 13.92KB/s will net you about 38 people.

So, in other words. Yes, but I wouldn't use max quality. That being said, you also got to take in to consideration of other traffic that you will be creating. Downloading, playing games, etc..
