In your FAQ, you can see the suggested codecs for teamspeak 2.

My upload speed isn't that high (96KiBps) and I'd like to know a few things:
What are the suggested codecs in teamspeak 3 for speaking or gaming (i.e. wide? ultra-wide? quality? Delay?), and what is for music streaming?
Where can you really feel the difference between uploading speed usage, and quality?
I suggest you to update this in the FAQ.
