TS 3 & Call of Duty MW 3 Problem

My problem was,ts3 crashed ingame with Mw3 when i turn on the G15 App to see on my keyboard who speaks.

I turn it off and the problem never come back.

Are you sure TS3 crashed or just the mic doesnt work? Please check in MW3 (not in steam!) sound options if the bar "recording volume" is set to min.

There is nothing, we can do, that MW3 mutes all recording devices, when you change the slider to 0 ingamne.
It seems, that this setting will be removed, after you left the game and everything is frine.

My soloution would be, to set it to the full volume and remove the hotkey inagme. so you won't send anything and the volume stays loud

Open your Mw3 Config and search for-> winvoice_mic_mute "0" and set it from 0 to 1.

In my case, after two or three games the ts just crash when the game loads, don't mute the microphone, just crash without show any message and minimize the COD.
If I switch off the G15 plugin it works great and doesn't crash.

EDIT:
When TS crashes the other people in the server see user time out and i cant conect because tells me <21:54:25>Maximum number of connections with the same identity exceeded. Some seconds after that message i can connect again.

Hi , I also had the same problems during mw3. After 2 or 3 games it crashes my ts , after joining ts again the game lagged so bad it was not playable. What i did was i replaced my G15 drivers for an older one , after that i didn't have those crashes anymore. This g15 applet is really important to me because we play with 4 clans together and i need to see who is speaking. I cant tell who everyone is just by hearing voices , at least not with more then 80 members.

*EDIT* After three days it happened AGAIN.

Hi I monitored my cpu and even with g15-ts3 off my cpu goes to 99% usage? after that everything LAGS and i need to restart is it the processor maybe i've got the Athlon X2 250 3.0Ghz.

Seems to be fixed for me. Tried several hours yesterday and no TS3 crash. Don't know if this has been fixed by TS3 or MW3 patch.

I know but thats when ts3 crashes and my game starts too lag. I played mw mw2 black ops and now i have this annoying problem that lets teamspeak crash , without teamspeak i am able too play. But i really think its a mw3 problem and not ts3! Next week i will get my phenom X4 965 Black edition and i will post here if anything changed.

i checked ur solution with the config file.
doesnt work here.
the only thing what changed is, that when i start the game, the microphone goes to mute in the windows sound options. if i set it to on then it works, but ts3 is still crashing.
i also have the problem, when ts3 crash during playing mw3, the game starts to lag so hard, its like diashow.
didnt try it after the newest patch of mw3, will do it now and write later if its better...

Input Completely bugged after launching MW3 or Loading a map

Launching Teamspeak.. microphone works fine
Launching Modern Warfare 3.. sometimes it still works, sometimes its already bugged
if not i load a map. most of the time my teamspeak input is done by then, but sometimes i'm actually able to play a few maps before it happens.

When its bugged, i close MW3 and look at my teamspeak. At that point i can still hear everyone fine, like always. But my input is not working at all. When i press my push to talk button, my name doesn't light up. When i use voice activation, same problem. Continuous transmission aswell.

I configured windows / teamspeak so that the only audio device for input is the headset. The drivers are updated. Teamspeak is not running any plugins. MW3 config is not touching any microphone settings.

Teamspeak version 3.0.2.
Clean Windows 7 with all latest updates / drivers.
Logitech Clearchat Pro USB headset.

Also i want to say that i've been using teamspeak for 10 years now and it has always worked really good. Thanks TS-Team!

I do not have a Logitech G15 or simular, just a ps2 basic white keyboard.

Plugins did not turn out to make any difference.

Tried the newer version of the direct sound backend, which didn't work for me.

Can someone please help me out?

So till today no solution here at my side, i try everything what i can do, but it will not get better...

I think its a game bug shit or something, cause millions of people have this problem...
