@shadow_Imd: What do you mean by "reopen log"? Are you talking about being able to see log entries from before updating to 3.0.1?

what about virtualserver_min_client_version?
how to set it now?

LOL, good question, but I would leave it along for now as the mobile clients (iOS/Android) are still not updated. I bet you could see the number to set using an 3.0.1 client that still shows the really long build number for the newer clients instead of the date/time as seen by newer builds. Maybe 1321432557
You can connect with a query client to your server and request the clientinfo for your clid and it will show the datetime stamp in "raw form"

This means application closes log file and opens it again. This is needed for proper log rotation. Currently this can only be achieved by restarting server, but this is not acceptable for obvious reasons. Most software under linux treats HUP (HANGUP) signal as a request to reopen log file.

Hi Durbatuluk
I had a look yesterday and found that the update had corrupted the DBs, stopping the server running correctly.
The reason it still works is due to the fact it create a new local SQLite DBs and that’s why everything has disappeared.
No one has recommend a solution and I found out I don’t have a backup of the old DBS.
I had a feeling this was going to happen when reading the change log, why didn’t I back up.

I think its a little bit sad, that Teamspeak couldn't initiate the SQLite VACUUM on its own. I first had to read the manual, just to make sure, that SQLite is in fact the default database of teamspeak, which I am using. Then I actually had to bother my server admin to install sqlite3 first, before I was able to do the vacuum.
But server works fine so far.
