Server Build Questions
Hello everyone, i recently set up a server for a gaming organization I take part in, this server is used by over 100 people at one time. With that said my Personal computer is not enjoying all of this activity. if i were to build a system or server to Run this ts3 server and possibly host the organization website later on.
What should i put into this system? i already plan on 2-3 TB for documents, and archives for the organization. my current system is running 8g of ram and when im gaming i can hear the fans working double time due to my RAM getting to 60-70%.
What should i put into this system to insure that it will function at its max.
the server i have set up is for 300+ people, like i said normally it only holds 100 at one time. thats when i have trouble functioning on my pc
so i guess the question is. if i were to build a computer for this server what should be in it. i dont want to go all out and end up not needing something or i got too much, because i tend to do that alot.
any ideas?
