Exclamation SNAPSHOT CREATE & DEPLOY - on a running virtual server = CRASH

Hi there, I hope you can help me.
I've bought a virtual server on a legal TS3 server. I've only Server Query access to the server via query, not to the folder where the server is running. So I cant freely backup and restore my folder in case that the server fails and rollback (that happens sometimes and I lost all the changes ).

I learned how to use the Server Query, and, with that login (Server Query) I can access to the server via webinterface of pshycokiller to almost all the functions of my virtual. I can even stop it, restart it, or delete. And I can for instance, do a serversnapshotcreate, or I can backup the channels via webinterface (but when I restor the channels, the descriptions are all empty :/)

So the problem is that I can't restore the snapshot. The only time I tried that by webinterface with the server running, all the server crashed and the TS service did shoot down. Couldnt do that by query console because it said invalid parameter size (it was too long to handle by console). Then I tried to stop my virtual, deploy and restart. FAIL! After stopping it, i lost all query access (invalid login) so I couldn't deploy or start it again.

So what can I do by myself? because the company support is really bad, so I can't ask them to restore my backup for me, I have to do that by myself if I can.

I HAVE the backup (serversnapshot created with my sid=xx) in a txt but I cannot restore it!!

    Any ideas?
    Thanks for the support!

    Hello

Effectively you have a "cool" company support
Could you send me in private your snapshot - maybe this one is coorupted.
Also, by which way/tool exactly you created the snapshot ?
You only have the query access on the machine ?

Hi, thanks for your response! I've tried two ways to create the snapshot. Directly by server query console, and this one I'll send to you by Private has been made with Psicokiller web interface, and it stores itself in a txt. I'll send you both, one made right now with webinterface and one via query console.

Yep, I only have ServerQuery access, but it is not like the real query serveradmin, with all that query privileges. I think this one owns only to my virtual, cause I'm in sgid=2 only here, not in all virtuals under the instance. And, as I said, if my virtual is stopped, I cant manage anything, even login. Have no other access than the access provided by this query, that allows me to manage my virtual, and view all virtuals, create new virtuals, delete them, stop, start, stop all the server, etc (yep, they know almost anything about TS3, they should restrict the permissions but I only want to keep my virtual running well).

I'm jsut sending you the snapshots. Thnks.
