Microphone Muted...!?!?!?
When i connect to my clans server it says my mic is muted. It does not let me unmute it. It is definitely plugged in. This is my first tim eusing TS, so maybe i didnt configure something. I am runnign on Windows 98 SE and have a Logitech USB headset.
NOTE- earlier today while trying to get it, i logged on and heard people talking through my speakers. i could not talk back to them or anything. But now once again, i cant hear them at all or talk to them.
*EDIT-I CAN HEAR PEOPLE TALKING THROUGH MY SPEAKERS!!! HOW DO I GET IT TO BE THROUGH MY MIC AND HOW DO I BE ABLE TO TALK THROUGH MY MIC???
Any suggestions? Please helpLast edited by Goldmember; 19-07-2003 at 02:19.

can you record in the Win wave recorder ?
if not then you should stop blaming TS and set your micro as the ONLY recording device in your windwos sound mixer.
In TS you can use the loopback test mode to set the recording level at an appropriate setting.

perhaps you do not have the newest client version. It has new Speex codecs and the server might be using them.
What version are you using? Of course we wouldn't know because you didn't tell us
