My server is blacklisted? What can I do?

You get this message, when you try to connect to your server?
This server is blacklisted. Refusing to connect.
Then your server got blacklisted and you won't be able to connect to it!

There are several reasons, why we add server on our blacklist.
Maybe you or your server provider/sponsor did host the server
against our NPL - End User License Agreement

What can you do now? You want to find out, why you got blacklisted?
- Your server is hosted from a company or a sponsor?
Please contact your provider and tell him, that he has to send an E-Mail with all needed informations to piracy@teamspeakusa.com or piracy_de@teamspeakusa.com

- You host your server on your own machine or vps or root?
Please contact us directly and send an E-Mail with all needed informations to piracy@teamspeakusa.com or piracy_de@teamspeakusa.com

3 months ago or so, my server was added to the blacklist, after 2 months of harassment by employees TeamSpeak, looking for any method and reason to cancel the license with no-profit. 3 days ago we finally managed to buy a license for TeamSpeak 3 and after I found out that i continued on the black list, I come to report the situation to piracy@teamspeakusa.com, and 3 days after still not get any answer. I think my discomfort is more than justified. I have a license, and the support, is not effective as expected.

hello community, well I tell you that I've been almost 9 months, unable to upload my server host to TS3 as I found out the blacklist, and I know not and infrigido any lack of rules ts, if they were so kind remove it from the blacklist is the lot would appreciate as many of us occupy this server. I am a teamspeak server host for the group UAC and 89th DB Corp, both are
non-profit organizations based on clans on a popular first person shooter.
Initially, we had a strong working setup with a single NPL named for the
89th DB Corp, and had everything working just fine. However, earlier today,
one of my partners sent me an email containing another license they said
they had obtained for the UAC specifically. I had not known they had used
the same information for that license as I had already used for the 89th DB
Corp's.



Due to this mistake going unnoticed, both servers have now been disabled. I
am wondering what I can do to remedy this problem as soon as possible. I
only need one of the license for this to be solved, so if it requires
removing one, that will not be an issue.

As the title says, my server, which has been online since the first day of beta, in the last few months, has been giving some users the 'this server is blacklisted' error upon logging in. They have been told to just repeatedly log in til it takes and they get in, but for new users, they may get deterred from trying to log in when seeing this message.

My server uses the non for profit license, and had til recently 3 servers running (2 were basically empty 24/7 so Ive started shutting them down to see if this helps). I use ts3dns.com for redirecting, but other than that nothing out of the ordinary. It is in an NFO VDS and the IP hasnt changed in a long time.

Willing to provide what info I can to help figure this out.

I too have been getting temporary, and sporadic, server has been blacklisted messages as of late. I use Hypernia for my service provider and I also use ts3dns.com to forward the IP. I wonder if that is somehow causing the issue?

It would be nice to get a response to this instead of you need to contact the Piracy such and such like I am some kind of thief unworthy of being talked too. This seems to be happening more and more and I'd like an explanation. If the member just keep trying it will eventually let them in.

I'm in big trouble, I was in the server and suddenly it crashed when I tried to get back was getting the following message: this is blacklisted.refusing server to connect.
but a friend keeps getting connecting normally.
