[Release] KeySpeech

[KeySpeech]

By the speech recognition, the plugin allow to change channel, to set a whisper to channel and to set a whisper to client. Useful in full screen mode !

More features will be added in the future.

Now support all character set.

Next it would be interesting to analyse Text To Speech recognition feature. I don't want to give a date now because I'm very busy.

Text To Speech feature will be integrated in the KeySpeech's TS3 Plugin.

This library uses the Microsoft Translator Service to obtain streams of file speaking text in the desired language. At the moment of writing, there are 44 supported languages, including English, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Japanese and Chinese.
