Some icons don't display

Good morning, all!

I did a search on the forum for this problem but I did not see anything with regard to the iOS app. Some of the custom user icons display on the iPhone app and some don't - but everything displays on the Windows client just fine.

Any ideas?

Ay man! ima Big TS3 iOS user, Everday. Every time, almost all day,
as much @Dante like put an icon on me on "TS3-Public Server". he already knows about the "i cant see client_icon"
iOS should Load icon in the Server Data Bess that way, we all can see it! 8)

I had the same issue as you all did.

What I did was play around with the images I wanted to use.

Open in paint, click resize and maintain aspect ratio to 16x16 pixels. click save

This is the only size icon that is allowed.

Some icons worked this way others didnt depending on the size of the original file.

So the admin needs to go to each icon and recreate them so that they are exactly 16x16? Seems like an easy fix for ts app devs to fix though. It's bothersome to many of us not to see our custom made icons that work fine when connecting by PC.

why not cache the TS3 icon?? so it can display all of the icon's??
