I'm the owner and i cant make people admins or make groups.
Hey, I just bought my ts3 server, used the admin token, but I cant make other people admin. I also cant remove admin if i give someone admin via the token.
I cant put people in custom groups, and cant edit the powers.
Please can someone help me with this.

You should contact your hoster then. It seems, that he does not wan't that you change anything on your permissions.
