Server Down

Hi, i went away for a couple of days from ts and come online to find out its down and has been the whole time ive been gone. I am not the owner of the server she is out in surgery and wont be back for some time and i need the server restarted or something so we can get onto the server and not rely on the free one my game supplies. I am part of the server admin and i can change the password of the server. so how do i go about restarting it? Thank you for your time.

You will need either superadmin access to start/stop servers in the Web-Interface or shell access to the server on which TS is running to start/stop the TS server process.
