If you have sufficient privileges, go to Tools >> Ban List (in your client), select the banned person, press Remove

If it's a rented server, ask to your hoster.
Else, you can do it by query command :
Don't forget, there is 2 ban rules (when a ban is created with the client). One for your identity, one for your IPCode:login serveradmin <password> use <serverID> ("or" use port=<virtualserver port>) At this point get the ban list banlist Now search your ban and delete it bandel banid=<banID>
Of course, you have to use an external tool (like putty) direclty on the query port (by default 10011).
And you also do it by a web interface if there is.
Add
Why you want someone get admin group himself if you set correctly your permission system
