please help for some reason on ts i cant speak or hear i tried checking my plug in it works fine and i tried pressing on the disable mic and headphones button but still it doesn't want to go away i asked the server admins but they told me it isn't from the server it is from my launcher please help

Please, verify that your connection has profiles assigned.

If you use "Connections --> Connect"
or
If you use "Bookmarks --> Manage Bookmarks"
then
--> button 'More' and assign Capture profile, Playback profile, Hotkey profile and Sound Pack
