Looking for plugin

I was wondering if there would be a way to make a chess plugin for team-speak me and my friends like to do stuff when we are not playing full screen games like chess or pictionary and i was wondering if someone could be able to make a whiteboard plugin where users can interact on it or a chess game if anyone could let me know I would really like to use it. Also we are using the latest team-speak version and there is a whiteboard plugin out there but its not for the new team-speak version

This would be awesome. Especially for quick plan making before rounds or constant updates for games like Planetside 2
