ts3 lagg in games

After I reinstalled my Computer one week ago I got a lagg Problem which I hadn't before. If someone is speaking there (also me) my computer start to lagg in games and other things. The same also were in TS2 and older TS3 versions.

I use a 16k Internet

AMD Athlon XP 2400+
2.00GHz 1,00GB Ramm

Sound: C Media Wave Device (onboard)

Like I said; I use TS3 since last year without any problems. The problems came by delete and reinstall my computer. So maybe I forgot any updates/drivers or other technical things

Service pack, sound driver, microsoft package, etc, etc

I installed now everything I found, but it didnt helped cant't remember what i made diffrent last time

Please deactivate all anti echo features. They cost a lot of CPU and your cpu is really slow :-/
You can find these settings under Settings > Options > Capture
