Server got conquered.
Someone took over my own Server, he obviously had admin.
He put a password on the Server and took everyone else's admin, no one can join.
I can obviously re/install the server or install a backup, but I actually want to know who it was.
How can I get access to my server again? (I got full root access on the VPS I host my server on, it's Centos 6.)

If you are the owner, you can change the password by telnet in port 10011
Code:login serveradmin <password> use sid=<server_ID> or use port=<voice_port> serveredit virtualserver_password=<new_password>

You just have to check your logfiles inside your "teamspeak3-server_*\logs" folder, if logging for permissions/clients was enabled.
The next step would be "as example" to use the "permreset" command via Serverquery to reset the whole permission system or as you said to deploy your serverbackup again.
PermresetCode:Restores the default permission settings on the selected virtual server and creates a new initial administrator token. Please note that in case of an error during the permreset call - e.g. when the database has been modified or corrupted - the virtual server will be deleted from the database.
