    Hello

Do you check in the server log if the license file was "read" ?
If yes, if you open the license file, do you see your information and a key or just a big key ?
If it's the one case, what is the error message ?

Sometime, you have to wait about ~2 hours before restart your server with a license file.

    Use this form : http://npl.teamspeakusa.com/ts3npl.php?page=resend

Normaly there is no problem with oulook (from office). But this time you could try to use the webmail from your mail provider.

NPL 512 slot licensekey.dat not working

I followed the instructions to register for a 512 key license (dropping licensekey.dat into directory root, ending process and restarting server) I am not able to increase the number of slots.

I was under the impression that after following the steps outlined in the email it would bring me to the same screen as when I originally started the server, i.e., providing me with a new server admin token. However, this did not happen; therefore, I recieve the message that I have already reached the maximun number of slots for my license when trying to increase them under edit virual server.

Anyone got any ideas what I might have done wrong?

Let me know if I should provide more info.

Please use the search function and always deliver some log content
