    dual identity

Sometimes the users come into my server with two identities.
    example:
User enters a server named Bob.
But two appear the same on the server:
    Bob
    Bob1

    How do I fix this?

this means, that your user has had a disconnect, so he connects twice. Because of this, the name "Bob" is already in use, so Teamspeak adds 1 to it.
The user Bob will be dissapear within a few minutes, normally.

If this will not happen, then the user really connects twice, and then the user itself has to check his behaviour.

    Hello

If it's the second case, you could change the i_client_max_clones_uid permission (value = 1).

They cannot! TeamSpeak will always append a number if the name already exist on the server.

PS: Asking the same in multiple locations isn't nice, nor helps you to get the answer any faster!
