All you do is replace the Host Button Icon URL with the picture you want to use in the Virtual Server settings. Make the image 32x32.

The Image does not need to be 32x32 pixel.
We use http://www.teamspeak.com/images/misc/90x90_ts3_logo.png for our public server

host button still small
I noticed the icon for the public server and made my own for ours and when it loads in shows up like this http://i198.photobucket.com/albums/a...hostbutton.jpg ,when its should look like this, http://i198.photobucket.com/albums/a...r/nwmicon2.png . My question is, Is there something I need to change to get it to show up in the larger size

Thr maximum size for this button can be 32x32 in the client. It will be resized automatically, if thsi image is larger.
This is hardcoded and can't be changed.---------------------------------------------------------
