How to change User descriptions by hand ?

I wonder if its possible to change/add a user description on my Server after the user already disconnected. I can change other things while users are not connected, why not the description ?

Searched for it but didn't find any post about that.

Of course you can (query command).
What did you try ?
Do you check your permissions, do you get an error ?

Havent tried it with Query yet. Whats the exact syntax i need to use in that case ?
