Advice Please
First of all excuse my lack of technical knowledge. I have been round in circles for an hour trying to get the information I require and I can't find an aswer (although it is probably staring me in the face).
We are a group of friends who have been flying online together with a virtual arline that has its own Teamspeak server.
The virtual airline has become restrictive and a few of us wish to fly seperately from the virtual airline, hosting flights through Flight Simulator. We have sorted this side of things but communication is somewhat of a problem.
At present we are using Skype conference calls but I am trying to find out if Teamspeak offers anything for free that we could use ?
If not, what would we need to purchase in order for us to be able to talk to each other on Teamspeak (maximum of 10 of us but probably only 5 regular users) ?
Thanks in advance for any light you can shed on this for me.

Hello
You could create your own Teamspeak server (on little vps or dedicated server) - Free
You could search on google to find a Free hoster
Of course you could rent it from an ATHP hoster (http://hosting.teamspeakusa.com)

Hello Florian,
Thanks for the help.
The free option could well be what we are looking for.
When you say "you could create your own teamspeak server", is this something I could do from my home PC and if so, are their any instructions about for how to do it ?

So the home PC hosting is effectively the simpliest solution, but (depend of the number of users) sometime the bandwidth from a home connection is not enough. But you could try.
Just download the server (according your operating system) : http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=downloads
And start it.
I suggest you to watch the video tutorials : http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=tutorials
And this specific thread : http://forum.teamspeak.com/showthrea...annot-connect)
