Solved Can't connect to LAN Server

    Hi all,

I have a feeling this is an incredibly dumb question, but I just do not know what I am doing.

I created my own server via a Mac. I've done the port forwarding and everything. The IP is 127.0.0.1 and the password is 9987. I went to test it on one of my other computers. However, the client connected me to a default room that was not mine. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. When I enter it into the computer on which I installed the server, I connect to the room fine. Would anyone be willing to help a little old beginner like me?

    Thank you!

You have to use the LAN IP when your second test computer is running on the same network.
"127.0.0.1" is the local IP from your Computer and it can't get reached from outside.
