[not possible] Is it possible for Server Admins to use reserved slots by default?

Hi folks,

I own a small 15-slot server, which is often full in the evening. To allow for our 3 admins to join all the time, I created 3 reserved slots for them to use. Unfortunately this further shrank the server down to 12 slots and they now have to dis- and reconnect in order to use the reserved slots in case the server becomes full.

Is there a possibility to connect to a server using the reserved slots by default, so no slots are wasted in the end?

These reserved slots won't be used als long the normal slots arent full.
The reserved slot also becomes a normal slot, when a normal slot is free again.

This is a wanted behavior.
