[on todo?] While query client is flooding server quit command fails
With server 3.0.2 if you spam a server from a query client until you are getting "error id=524 msg=client\sis\sflooding" you can not issue a "quit" command. I think quit should always work.
May be a moot issue, 3.0.3 appears to kick me.
